After TCU gave it up to Texas Tech last night in what can only be described as a celebration of yardage and pentalties. Regardless, here is what to watch this week:

Saturday noon:

(16) UCLA @ (23) Nebraska: After inching past Wyoming and blasting Southern Miss, Pelini and his squad takes on PAC12 power UCLA. UCLA was dominate under Jim Mora, so we’ll see if legacy can take down Pelini’s track record of winning.

Saturday Midday:

Youngstown ST @ MSU – Mark Dantonio takes on his former employer, Youngstown St. I’m not actually planning on watching this hole game, just stopping in to see if the receivers have learned that catching the ball is advantageous. I think the more compelling watch is where the vegas line will end up, opening up at 27 points and has fallen to 24 points last Wednesday night.

(1) Alabama @ (6) Texas AM – The biggest game of the weekend, Nick Saban vs. Johnny Manziel. I’m taking Saban all the way. They may have lost last year, but I’m guessing that the Tide will come in to College Station with a vengeance after losing  at home last year.

Saturday Night:

(25) Old Miss @ Texas – After last week’s flop at BYU, Texas returns home to take on a ranked opponent. While I wouldn’t call the Rebels battle tested, Texas is dismal. It’s always interesting to see historic programs flounder, so we’ll see if Mack Brown can keep his job after last week’s dud.
